How to use Calibration Service

| Calibration by site visit | If you have difficulties in sending out the item to us due to using, you can simply provide us with a list of items to be calibrated. We will dispatch our best personnel to your facility and complete the work on site, on the date you designated. |
| Carry-in reservation | Set up a date for calibration service in advance and send the meter or measuring instruments to be calibrated on that date. In doing so, we can save any waiting time. |

| Once we receive and complete the calibration work on the meter or any measuring instrument you send us, we will ship the item(s) to your address, if you request (Please note that this service is available only for the items suitable for commercial courier service). | |

What is Calibration?
Degree of Inconsistency in Measurement
Measuring instrument may give an inconsistent measurement and lose accuracy for various reasons, including frequency of usage, use environment, expiration of service life, etc. Such inconsistency must be checked and corrected through calibration.
Calibration is a measuring technique that compares between a known standard measurement of high precision and the measurement using your instrument. The accuracy and precision of measuring equipment can be attained and maintained only through calibration. The National Accreditation of Calibration Laboratory Scheme was created prepared to serve that purpose.
The ultimate goal of the calibration scheme is to secure the homogeneity and performance of products.
In order to maintain the precision and accuracy of measuring instrument, users should obtain the traceability with national calibration standards from KRISS (Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science), the national standard institute, and assure the validation of their measuring instrument used in industrial facilities, or certified testing institutes

What is Accredited Calibration Institute?
An accredited national calibration institute is a calibration laboratory authorized by the state. An accessor certified and state-registered in accordance with the Framework Act on National Standards, the international standards (KS A ISO/IEC 17025), and the standards set by the KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme) examines and assesses the quality system and capabilities in technology of the subject organization, and verifies the subject's ability to calibration in specific field.
